1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cv8 website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

cv8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via the Platform and will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use the cv8 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cv8 strictly enforces this requirement. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must register using your own true identity. You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently active on the Platform. Players who have previously activated self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent this restriction.

3Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the cv8 Platform. The registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. The following obligations apply to all registered users:

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cv8 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cv8 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions govern all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. These limits are displayed within the account dashboard and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless explicitly approved otherwise by cv8's compliance team.
• cv8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documentation within 7 days of the request may result in cancellation of the withdrawal request.

5Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• cv8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses in cases where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or breach of these Terms.

• cv8 may withdraw, alter, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonus balances at the time of promotion withdrawal will retain any existing wagering obligations.

6Responsible Gaming

cv8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within the account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform for financial crime, including structuring deposits to circumvent reporting thresholds.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or technical faults for financial gain. Any winnings accrued as a result of an error or technical fault will be voided.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the cv8 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and appearance of the Platform, is the exclusive property of cv8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of cv8. All game titles, logos, and brand assets displayed on the Platform that belong to third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Ezugi, and others) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv8, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if cv8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cv8 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond cv8's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. cv8 will not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned to the relevant player accounts.

10Account Suspension and Termination

cv8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, provision of false information, prohibited activities, or repeated bonus abuse.
• A reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal conduct associated with the account.
• A request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

11Privacy

Your use of the cv8 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
